Upon purchase, AceScripts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for personal use only. You may not:

• Use the scripts or related files for commercial purposes.
• Share account credentials, license access, download links, or private support materials.

5. Game Compatibility

AceScripts products are designed for supported games and current Cronus Zen firmware. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility after game updates, patches, and firmware changes, we cannot guarantee continued functionality in every version, platform, or setup.

We provide product updates for supported AceScripts products when reasonably necessary and available. Support is offered through our Discord server. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours, but response times are not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AceScripts products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that scripts will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or unaffected by future game, console, platform, or firmware updates. Use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceScripts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of our products, including game account bans, platform restrictions, data loss, hardware issues, lost access, or lost profits.
